procedures, to prepare for your
upcoming surgery pre-operatively via email,
telephone, and US Mail, even if coming
unaccompanied. Initially, a full medical history is
taken to verify that you are a good surgical
candidate. Once that is established, we will help
coordinate your visit to
South Ogden, Utah, so that
everything goes as smooth as possible before, during
and after surgery. We have discounted hotel
accommodations (Hampton Inn and Holiday Inn Express
in Layton, Utah), as well as a post-surgical care
center (Manor Care in South Ogden) available for
your stay. Please
